    I went in on a Saturday morning and it was packed with cyclists and lots of people. The women at cash took my order quickly so that wasn't the problem. The problem was the other women who was supposed to make my coffees decided to restock straws at the SLOWEST pace possible. Then she looked at the screen, made a coffee for the person after me and went to walk SLOWLY somewhere else while I waited patiently. She went to get change for the cashier SLOWLY and the cashier looked at me and realized I was still waiting. She asked me if I got my coffees and obviously I didn't. She proceeded to quickly make me a coffee and apologized. I understand it was busy but the women who was supposed to be making coffees was super slow and didn't seem to really care. And she wasn't even doing her job! Just to be clear this review was for her, not the apologetic cashier.
